Villa Agave Azul, also known as ZUL, is a luxurious 4-bedroom retreat located in Vitet, minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches and shopping centers. Boasting of captivating views of the ocean and the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, this private villa offers an unforgettable experience.

The villa features an oversized deck surrounding the pool, an outdoor seating area with a covered dining space, and a lower deck that offers a cozy retreat overlooking the ocean. Inside, a modern living room opens to a well-equipped kitchen with high bar and stools, and an indoor dining space.

The Master bedroom is situated on the main level, and opens to a deck with panoramic ocean view. The second Master is on the second floor adjacent to bedroom 3, while the third bedroom can accommodate up to 3 adults or children with 3 twin beds, two of which can be made into a king. The fourth bedroom is an independent room located below the main house, with a private terrace and breathtaking 180-degree ocean views. All bedrooms come with an ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning.

The house also offers parking for up to 4 vehicles, FIBER Optic WiFi which can support multiple streaming in the house, a barbecue, and U.S. satellite TV. Villa ZUL is the perfect option for guests looking for an elegant, peaceful, and comfortable villa with remarkable views. Please note: The stairs to access the house may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Villa Agave Azul also comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays, and a house manager. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but pets and smoking are not allowed.
